The only commercial gym in Palm Beach County dedicated to the sport of Strongman. You won't find another facility nearby with this assortment of Strongman implements. Raw & geared powerlifters are welcome to use the competition bench, mono-lift, and multiple specialty bars.

A vast selection of specialized equipment from Texas deadlift and squat bars to a huge assortment of strong man implements. The owner is very responsive and Id be a lifetime member at his gym if I was local. Solid gym, 10/10, ISOTF.

I called late evening and gentleman was great, quickly had me squared away and was able to workout same night! Way better than commercial gyms I normally attend. Great equipment and very clean gym!
